The boardroom can seat up to 20 people in comfort around the grand central
table, with additional seating around the edge of the room.
The walls are decorated with photographs, pennants, gifts and other
memorabilia of more than 80 years of Southend Borough Combination History.
The cost of hiring the board room is £25.
